I understand that I am taking part in a yoga and nature Retreat.

In consideration of my use of the property, provided by Yoga Vibrations and Aaron Hall, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executers, administrators, successors, and assigns, that the company and its insurers, employees, and associates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the facility, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the company. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the company, its insurers, employees, and associates from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same by known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from arising out the use of said equipment and facilities.

I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Yoga Vibrations LLC and Aaron Hall harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me.

I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well-being of myself. I understand that am I choosing to do yoga, swim, camp, and hike and this may cause injury.

I agree to comply with all rules imposed by Yoga Vibrations and Aaron Hall regarding the use of the property. I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using any equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.

I understand and agree that the company, Yoga Vibrations and Aaron Hall, are not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, or about the premises.

We will be entitled to require you to leave the Retreat if in our reasonable opinion you behave in an unacceptable manner. In this case, you will not be refunded for any monies paid.

Retreat space is limited so there will be no refunds but in case of an emergency we may discuss options.

We must receive payment in full by the date specified on the website. Failure to pay by the date specified, will result in you being taken off the Retreat and losing any monies already paid.

You will be provided with our health and safety rules and other information by email before the Retreat. If there is anything you do not understand relating to that information, please contact us.

Please ensure you complete the booking form with all your dietary requirements, to ensure that we can tailor the menu to your needs. Failure to submit dietary requirements, will mean that those dietary requirements may not be catered for.

We may cancel the Retreat due to events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Although it is rare for us to do so, we may also reschedule the Retreat at any time.

If we do cancel, reschedule or make any changes we will notify you by telephone or by email and will endeavor to do so as soon as possible after making those changes.

If the Retreat is cancelled, we will refund you the price of the Retreat.

I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND VOLUNTARILY EXECUTED THIS DOCUMENT WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS CONTENT
