Michael Guzzio
My yoga journey began in 2011.
I was leading a Temazcal sweat ceremony for a group of yoga teachers in training. Someone in the group invited me to a hot yoga class and I said yes. I went to the class and was amazed at the physical and energetic benefits I experienced. In 2012 I became a yoga teacher and began teaching classes. I’m passionate about yoga because I have experienced the profound healing it gives. I teach yoga to share these healing benefits with others. I strive to create a healing space in all my yoga classes. My classes focus on connecting my students to the spiritual and energetic benefits of yoga along with providing a safe environment for practitioners of all levels to practice and enjoy the healing benefits of yoga. I look forward to to seeing you in a class soon.

2020 not only changed the world as we knew it but changed how people felt about their passions & desires. It was during this time I realized how much I missed going to classes & when I decided that I wanted to teach. In February 2022, I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. I am beyond excited to be teaching & to be a guide for someone on their yoga journey.
Rhonda Moya
I began my yoga journey about 15 years ago. I was going through a very difficult time in my life and needed peace. Yoga helped me to find that peace and gave me something to look forward to every day. As the days passed, I could feel my mind and body becoming healthier and more balanced!
I wanted to share this energy with others and three years ago I was finally able to realize my dream of becoming a yoga instructor. I feel grateful and honored that I am allowed to be a part of this positive community.
Hunter Turnbull
Hunter is an avid yogi, dog dad, reader and music lover. He practices
in the studio, hot room, park, and living room since 2009. His first
class, a gift from his mother, spurred a love for the physical relief
from asana, as well as the calm that permeated his mind. Hunter's
daily practice, his lifestyle, his goals and intentions have all
evolved since that fateful flow; however, yoga has always been there
to support his wellness journey.
Hunter received his RYT 200 in Nov of 2021 at the Sacred Heart and
Soal Mystic Yoga School. He loves sharing the practice with first time
yogis and life long practitioners alike.

200RYT
I began practicing yoga eight years ago as a way to heal my body from years of long
distance running. After being introduced to yoga, I began to experience positive and
healthy changes to both my body and mind. Having a background in training and
development, teaching yoga was a natural extension on my physical fitness journey. I
decided to start teaching yoga to help others find healing, strength, flexibility, and
mindfulness.
I bring together the discipline of Yogatha Sadhana, Ashtanga along with Vinyasa to
create classes that are challenging, rewarding, while remaining student centered. I
encourage students to find their edge and to explore the potential of their breath and
body connection. My yoga practice and teaching is rooted in physical health and
emotional well being. Classes are alignment based and accessible to all levels.
I have been teaching since 2023 after completing my 200RYT in Albuquerque. To
further my practice and teaching, I am currently enrolled in a 300 hour yoga teacher
training leading to my 500 hour Yoga Alliance registration.

Taylor Daprano
I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor. I received my training at Project 7 Yoga in Orlando, Florida. Through the changes in life yoga has been a consistent source for
grounding and connecting with my mind and body. My hope is to provide a space where
practitioners feel comfortable to show up exactly as they are and flow based on what their body needs. When I am not teaching I enjoy being in nature and growing my
personal yoga practice.
Darcy Smith
Darcy (they/she) knows they were a yogi in a past life. They read the Teachings of the Buddha at age 13 and was sent down a path of spiritual curiosity that led her to study Asian Cultures and Languages in college. Yoga found Darcy when they needed it most, and she found herself becoming a devoted member of the University Yoga Club at UT, scheduling her courses each semester around Yoga club. Their first teacher accepted them with open arms and taught her how to love herself.
Since then Darcy has been driven to share the gift of yoga by honoring Yoga's traditional roots and practicing radical acceptance of self and other. Their classes center self-inquiry and deeper inner listening. She hopes that everyone finds a Yoga teacher that allows them to feel the expansive love and bliss at the heart of Yoga. Darcy has 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training from Dharma Yoga (Austin) and Yogasaar (ABQ).
