2:15pm-5:15pm Embudo hike (includes driving time, time to meditate, journal & explore)

5:30pm-6:15 free time (walk in river, socialize, journal, relax, nap, etc)

6:30 dinner

8:00pm-9:00pm yin yoga & sound bath

9:00pm campfire

10:00pm bed
Day 2
-
7:30am-8:30am breakfast

9:00am-10:00am nature yoga along the river
-
10:30am-3:30pm hike Williams Lake (includes driving time & time to meditate, journal & explore) (bring snacks/lunch food)

4:00pm-6:00pm free time

6:30pm dinner
