Day 1

  1. Arrive at 10:30am

  2. 11:00am tour of property

  3. 11:30am-12:30pm nature yoga by the river

  4. 12:45pm-2:00pm set-up camp

  5. 2:15pm-5:15pm Embudo hike (includes driving time, time to meditate, journal & explore)

  6. 5:30pm-6:15 free time (walk in river, socialize, journal, relax, nap, etc)

  7. 6:30 dinner

  8. 8:00pm-9:00pm yin yoga & sound bath

  9. 9:00pm campfire

  10. 10:00pm bed

Day 2

  1. 7:30am-8:30am breakfast

  2. 9:00am-10:00am nature yoga along the river

  3. 10:30am-3:30pm hike Williams Lake (includes driving time & time to meditate, journal & explore) (bring snacks/lunch food)

  4. 4:00pm-6:00pm free time

  5. 6:30pm dinner

  6. 8:00pm-9:00pm yin yoga & sound bath

  7. 9:00pm campfire

  8. 10:00pm bed

Day 3

  1. 7:30am-8:30am breakfast

  2. 9:00am-10:00am nature yoga along the river

  3. 10:30am- 1:30pm hike to John Dunn Hot Springs 

  4. 2:00pm-3:00pm take down camp

  5. 3:00pm-3:45pm gentle yoga and breath work

  6. 4:00pm sharing circle

  7. 4:45pm dinner

  8. 6:00pm depart
