Yoga Ceremony

Ceremony lead by Michael Guzzio

This class incorporates the transformative powers of shamanic ceremony and the healing medicine of yoga.

We will begin by greeting the four sacred directions and offering up our intentions with a sacred smudge blessing.

We will then move into a cleansing and detoxifying hot Asana practice.

We'll finish up with shamanic journey accompanied by shamanic sound healing with the sacred drum, conch, shell, rattles and whistles.

We'll seal the energy in and ground back into our bodies with a rose water spritz.

You can expect a complete energetic recalibration and healing energy to flow from Spirit.
