Yoga Along the River, Under the Solar Eclipse

Featuring: Stephanie Bilal & Michael Guzzio

This 90 minute class will begin with Michael leading us through breath work.

Followed by Stephanie guiding us through a yoga flow.

Then a guided meditation lead by Michael.

Ending with a viewing of the solar eclipse.

Solar Eclipse:

Glasses will be provided!

The eclipse will occur at 10:34am and last for a few minutes.

*This annular solar eclipse is only visible in certain parts in the U.S. and Albuquerque is one of them!*

1800 Tingley Dr SW, Albuquerque, NM 87104

Parking:

You will see a large sign that says: ABQ BIO PARK: Tingley Beach & sign next to it with an arrow pointing right that states: -Model Boat Pond -Gateway To The Bosque - River Overlook. Park in this parking lot.

Once you park you will walk up stairs, followed by a dirt path that leads to the docks that overlook the river.

These docks are where the yoga event will be held.
