Yoga along the River

Featuring, Stephanie Bilal & Michael Guzzio

This 90 minute class will begin with Michael leading us through breath work. Followed by Stephanie guiding us through a yoga flow. Ending with a guided healing meditation.

Parking:

You will see a large sign that says: ABQ BIO PARK: Tingley Beach & sign next to it with an arrow pointing right that states: -Model Boat Pond -Gateway To The Bosque - River Overlook. Park in this parking lot.

Once you park you will walk up stairs, followed by a dirt path that leads to the docks that overlook the river. 

These docks are where the yoga event will be held.
