Donation based workshop.
All levels are welcome!
This 90 minute inversion workshop will focus on learning the skills to achieve crow pose, crane, supported headstand, and jump backs.
Reed will begin by guiding us through training drills to help build core strength, followed by teaching the techniques to safely achieve inversions.
There will be designating time after for any questions or individual help with any postures.
